BPAC Awareness

This On-Demand workshop covers the basics of Business Process Analysis & Costing (BPAC) and how it can be used to enhance resource deployment, operations management, and costing/profitability analysis. Part 1 provide an overview of the BPAC methodology and how it supports creating a Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO). Part 2 walks through an actual case study where participants will learn how BPAC implementation techniques, including “what-if” analysis, provide better insights into resource consumption and utilization. Part 3 provides a series of actual use cases for BPAC-DTO.    


Participants will:  

  • Understand operational models to help manage budgets, develop realistic product costs and service fees, and implement meaningful cost recovery strategies 
  • Recognize the impact of resource constraints on product or service delivery costs and budgets 
  • Appreciate the value of collaborative scenario-playing to evaluate efficiency improvements that align with LEAN or other business process improvement initiatives

Using BPAC to Create a Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO)

This two-day workshop (delivered in 4 successive half-day sessions) is offered to assist organizations better understand the critical success factors associated with driving a “Business Process Improvement” culture in their organizations. Through the use of real-world examples and an interactive “hands-on” case study, participants come away with “ready to apply” tips and techniques to enhance efficiency and costing initiatives by creating Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) models.

 An overview of how to create Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) models using a proven Business Process Analysis & Costing (BPAC) methodology. DTO models support multi-functional collaboration and provide new strategic, operational, and financial insights to any organization.
