This On-Demand workshop covers the basics of Business Process Analysis & Costing (BPAC) and how it can be used to enhance resource deployment, operations management, and costing/profitability analysis. Part 1 provide an overview of the BPAC methodology and how it supports creating a Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO). Part 2 walks through an actual case study where participants will learn how BPAC implementation techniques, including “what-if” analysis, provide better insights into resource consumption and utilization.
